The animal disease testing center (sponsored by the government, no less) claims that it's just a dog or a raccoon....but last time I checked, neither animal has a beak. :-?

You guys have heard of Project Montauk, I'm sure? This is clearly just another beast who has crossed the rift and broken through the E.M. barrier. Now you know why all of us Strong Islanders are so damn weird.
