Since when do organizations care about pissing off the fans. I think the Royals and Pirates have been doing that pretty effectively for quite some time and their still in business.If Lincecum is shutdown they know some fans will cry for a week or two. They also know all fans will show up next year for his first start regardless.

Grienke is a candidate. He started more than he relieved last year when you include AAA, but he was running a big IP load before he got shelled for a couple weeks in July. I own him in a keeper league where I can't afford to lose an SP down the stretch, and I am shopping him.
