But....the only teams that seemed interested in trading for him were the DBack's and the Angels.
So they took the better of the two deals, and felt that it was better than the draft picks.
Whether they are better or not is highly debatable either way, and also something that cannot be determined for years and years.
So these people that try and clown on a team that pretty much had no options is comical.
