When he was traded to ATL in the heat of their race, he lit it up so the same thing could happen in the AL. Also, he was originally from the AL so I don't expect him to take a long time to adjust.

The Angels were considered a favorite to win it all to begin with. This cements them as the favorite now IMO. Great rotation, awesome bullpen and now Tex adds more beef to a good lineup.

I like this deal right now, but next year if Tex is somewhere else I will be upset. I don't mind using Kotchman to get him, but if it's for 3 months, I have a problem with it.
