Jason Bay and friends

Jason Bay, Mclouth and Freddie Sanchez were all pulled in the 7th inning in a close ball game (Pirates were down 9-5). Anyone know the reason for this? Has Bay been traded?

Pretty sure they were pulled when they were down 1-9. :-[
