I grilled chicken last night. It was 9 degrees out. Dedication to the grill.

Chicken wings last night here, yet it was a sultry 28 degrees.
As far as burger goes, I'm with most that has been said, though we do buy bigger portions, so sometimes we get the fattier stuff. The way I see it, is that it all comes down to how you prepare it.

There is no time of the year when grilling is unacceptable.

No problem. A lot of that stuff I learned over on the Light Side from guys like Swiper and the rest of the Grillers. I was a novice until a couple of years ago.

I'll start a grilling thread if people are interested. I've got some recipes and tips to share, and I'm always looking for tips myself. I'm still mostly an amateur.

Since this is the pic thread...

I recommend one of these:

My wife bought the Tupperware model shown, I'm sure someone else makes a generic. Makes some nice looking burgers.

I like my ground beef with extra hooves. Probably around 20% hoof and tail and 80% meat. Gives it more texture. :-L

You know how you can get hot dogs 100% beef or 100% meat? I go for the beef all the time, the more cow the better.

Avoiding carcinogens is impossible. As with everything, it's a combination of moderation and luck of the draw (are you genetically predisposed to get cancer). I'm going to continue to grill chicken, barbecue pork and the like.

That'd be cool if you started a grilling thread I would be interested for sure.
