What rookies would you consider taking before the 10 round next year? 1. Longoria - 48R 19HR 60RBI 6SB .272AVG - Probably in the 4-6 rounds 2. Chamberlain - 2W 84K 2.52ERA 1.30WHIP - I know many don't take SP until late but he should go 4-6. 3. Soto - 39R 16HR 57RBI 0SB .274AVG - There's always someone that puts a lot of value in backstops. 4. Davis? - 17R 8HR 16RBI 0SB .278AVG - If he finishes with 20HR it could happen.
I know I missed some but this year there just isn't that many.
I ain't askin' nobody for nothin, If I can't get it on my own. - Charlie Daniels
Not even Longoria? Or is that because you believe that some people are going to reach for them?
It will depend but yeah he will probably go way too early for my taste.
That's what I'm thinking too. I'd take Longoria, Volquez, or Ellisbury in the first 10 rounds but I'm willing to bet someone will take them before I feel comfortable taking them.
Not technically a rookie but I think in terms of fantasy baseball he is.
Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey
