League Manager Deleting a Team???

In a private league a team and a league manager had a case of "trash talking". Now the league manager has threatened to delete the team and waive all the players in Yahoo. It's a private league. Can the league manager do this?

I commish a Yahoo league and I cannot delete other teams.

I can edit the roster though, and drop all of the teams players effectively removing them from contention and lock the team.

If you lock the team could the owner of that team still get into the league?

I think so. The owner just can't do anything to his team...

Wow. I've seen trash talking get out of hand in the 11 years we've been running our keeper league, heck I was even involved in it once. Tell them both to CTF out and let cooler heads prevail. If that doesn't seem possible I'd demand that he hand over the reigns (you can transfer commish powers in Yahoo and a couple other leagues) to someone who can maintain fairness.

If he deletes a team mid-season just because he's mad at that person, regardless of what the other guy may have said, the league should be ended, money distributed back to everybody accept said commish, and he never gets to commish a league again. That's just crap.
