How can I upgrade my keepers?

I'm in a ten team keeper, 4 keepers. I'd like to upgrade a keeper and have a few 'situations' that may allow some trade possibilities....

C - Soto
1B - Fielder
2B - BJ Upton
SS - O.Cabrera
3B - Longoria
2B/SS - Jeter
1B/3B - Figgins
OF - Braun, Granderson, CoJack, M.Bradley,Beltran
Util - Mauer
SP - Felix, Marcum, Saunders, E.Santana,Verlander, Nolasco
RP - Valverde,BJ Ryan, CJ Wilson, Putz
Bench - Bruce, Giambi
DL - VMart

The owner of Hamilton and Kinsler needs a Catcher/OF depth
The owner of Sizemore and Arod needs pitching/OF
The owner of Soriano needs a C or 2B

i would do soto or mauer plus a moderate pitcher or giambi for soriano
soriano is consistant one of the best fantasy players

I offered CoJack/Mauer this morning he didnt bite...if I got Soriano, would he bump Upton from my keepers? Braun/Fielder/Longoria/Soriano or Upton is my thoughts right now
