I'm skeptical about Pat the Bat, 2002 was an exceptional year that I'm not sure he'll ever repeat. He could be one of those guys who's got power when he makes cotnact, but will strikeout a ton and hit for a low average. He has yet to display consistant plate discipline.

I'm in a 12 team keeper that keeps 7 players...is late first round/early 2nd round too early to take him?...basically it would be 8th/9th round of a regular draft...too early?
