Please help!! WHIR!!

I'm floundering in 8th, and thought my team would be much better than this. I'm contemplating trading away both Webb and Kazmir and just going hitter heavy and streaming pitchers every week, but don't think that would be a smart idea. Any suggestions as to what to do? I'm stumped, and any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. My team's below, along with scoring cats.

well your hitting looks ok right now but your pitching is way too inconsistant I would try to do a 2 for 1 for a good pitcher like dice k or Sheets . do my team

yeh your SP needs help :: u have RP maybe get rid of 1 and a sp to upgrade ur SP. i'd get rid of dunn and hafner to make room for others... if i were u
