Jul 21 Tony Jackson, of the Los Angeles Daily News, reports the Los Angeles Dodgers will recall SP Clayton Kershaw from Double-A Jacksonville so he can start Tuesday, July 22.

If he pitches with control similar to what he did in his short minor league stint, he should be ok. If not, Dodgers better stop jerking this kid around and let him progress in the minors the rest of the season.
