I just traded Renteria for him. I didn't have a spot to play Renteria except UTL and I figured Helton's bat is potentially better. How will Helton do?

He's been worse than Edgar this year but hopefully once he comes back from the DL he will get some of his power back. He makes pretty good contact they just aren't finding holes and he does walk a lot. So that's kind of good I guess.

It seems the injury may be more serious than originally thought - I haven't heard anything on his return except for a little blurb today about him being out indefienetly (Ian Stewart was called up to play 3B, while Atkins moves to 1B). I think the injury really affected him this season and when he does make it back this year, I hope he is fully healthy and ready to produce again. He always seems to do better in the second half as well (tied with Pujols for best average in the second half during his career), so he's got that going for him assuming he can get healthy.
