Will Edwin Jackson be a def. starter?

will this guy start all year for the dodgers? does anyone see him putting up dominating numbers?
my rotation consists of oswalt, wood, pineiro, morris, and harden and was wondering if i should grab jackson if he has any value.

He's definitely not definite.

He could make the rotation out of spring training, but he is by no means guaranteed a spot.

As of now, he's penciled into the 5th spot. Not bad for a guy that only started pitching 2 years ago.

I suspect that he'll get the spot, though I'd keep an eye on him during spring training.
