I used one for a short time when I was in little league because I had jammed my thumb and it was all swollen. It did help a lot with the sting of the bat.

Does anyone have the other slow motion swings form the derby? I know they did this with Uggla and I think Braun also.

Yes since he is fully extending his arms through his swing.

Yeah, I'm not going to pretend to be an expert or anything but a lot of people contend that keeping two hands on the bat can cut off your swing and causes your hands to decelerate too early
