Yes, but there has to be more to life than being really, really, really, ridiculously, incredibly, really good hitter.
There is... booze, women, and drugs.
He already conquered those.

Check out the bat when it strikes the ball. It bends.
It has to be easy to lock into a 70+ year-old BP geezer, tho. No?

Players were asked a couple hours before the hr derby on who they think is the best player in the league. A-Rod was #1 and Hamilton was close behind #2. For him to just get in the league and for all-star players to already say he's the best in the league is pretty unreal...

Did you guys see what he wears on his left thumb? Any close up's? Are a lot of players wearing it?

Donnie Baseball used to wear one back in the day.
I was a guy who had a tendency to press the bat back against my thumb; I wore a thumb guard to actually push the bat into my fingers. It's an essential element of a proper grip to swing a bat with that relaxed swing we strive for.
Finally The Rock has come back....to New York City!!

I could only find Milledge as a model
This is what you were talking about right?
its more of a mental thing than anything because it makes i know it can help with the sting of a bat as well
