I hear that Turk Wendell wore pink frilly underwear, but only on Thursdays and never when scheduled to play the Brewers.

Okay, that's not true, but nothing anybody could tell me about that guy would surprise me.

im tending to agree that Clement is being a bit overrate...merely for the fact that i have seen him taken in the 3rd round...i think he will have a great season...but there are gonna be games where he just loses it and get blow up...all in all he will be money from here on out but your gonna take some bumps...(but really what young pitcher isnt like that)
i appreciate your input!

Clement is not overrated. When I look for a player to have a bust out year, I am not looking at his numbers from the previous season, but his actual play. I watched a few of his games and the way he pitches makes me think he will be great.

clement has had stuff, problem is that he's been a headjob for quite some time. while i can't say that i've been a dedicated follower of matt clement throughout the years, i must say that he wasn't on my mental to-draft list this season.

at times, he pitched damn well... but you always know that he's got that potential to give up 4-6 runs... so if he's on a hotstreak and he looks like a star, by all means, go for that. otherwise, i think wood, prior, and cruz are the three cubbies you want to shoot for.

I watched him pitch for a couple of year's here in San Diego. The first thing that came to mind was his in consistency. If Dusty can get between his ear's he could have a huge year pitching against the league's num 3 and 4 pitcher's

Word on the street is that after Monday's performance, the Cubs are liking Cruz as a setup man (struck out 6 batters in a row in relief!). It's just one outing, but if that becomes his role, he won't have a whole lot of fantasy value. He may be good (and I think he has potential), but he's no Octavio Dotel.

Clement is good, but I wouldn't take him before the 6th or 7th round.
