I agree with Clements higher draft rating. He will produce even MORE strikeouts this season thanks to him being a solid starter for the Cubs for the entire season, and most likely his win total will grow even if he doesn't pitch as well (if the Cubs win more that is, which they should). He's a safer bet than most pitchers. Good draft pick in my opinion.

I picked up Clement in April last year, and never regretted having him. He's high on my cheat sheet for 2003.

I'll take him if he's available...in the 12th round. 12-11, 3.70 or whatever is not enough to convince me, considering his next best ERA was like 4.80 and usually in the 5's.
