Clement being overrated?

I agree with Clements higher draft rating. He will produce even MORE strikeouts this season thanks to him being a solid starter for the Cubs for the entire season, and most likely his win total will grow even if he doesn't pitch as well (if the Cubs win more that is, which they should). He's a safer bet than most pitchers. Good draft pick in my opinion.

Hey man, I'd love to see the Royals do well this year. Just not as much as I'd like to see the Cubbies do it. And I really do think that Clement is the real deal.

He gave up 4 Runs to the Royals in two innings the other day. I say overrated.

Might I point out that this was posted March 4th. "The other day" puts us somewhere around March 1st or 2nd. MARCH 1st or 2nd And for all you Cub's fans, I truly belive you have something special this year.

I picked up Clement in April last year, and never regretted having him. He's high on my cheat sheet for 2003.

I'll take him if he's available...in the 12th round. 12-11, 3.70 or whatever is not enough to convince me, considering his next best ERA was like 4.80 and usually in the 5's.
