My son had surgery a year ago when he was 2. We had to be at the hospital at 5:30 am and he didn't go into to surgery until 5pm, no food or water since the night before. At one point my wife forgot and lifted him up to get a sip of water from a foutain and I stopped her just as he was getting a sip (around 4 pm). She got scared and told the nurse at which point the nurse said we would have to wait another 2 hours. I told her to F-off we were leaving b/c this is bs having us wait all day. Anyway it sucked.

so you just left? did your son end up getting the surgery?

Yeah, he had it a 5pm, we only had to wait another hour instead of two.

just had it done today getting drugged up was fun but not it sucks typing hurts :-t

time to watch a lot of movies :-)

That's exactly what I did after my operation. Almost everyday I came up with a list and had someone rent a couple of movies for me. Renting TV Series proved to be the most enjoyable, because I could just rattle off an entire season in a day no problem. I highly recommend both Prison Break and Nip/Tuck if you haven't seen them.

Just remember to work hard on your rehab too.

its like a extra growth of bone that forms to like a point in the elbow it can be on the foot too. i got mine from pitching and what happened is that the growth prevented me from straightening my arm without pain because the spur was digging into another bone

And you can physically touch it can't you?

I think that's what I have in my right elbow. I don't think I have it that bad though. I can still throw, but it hurts a bit. It's getting more and more difficult to lift and do push ups.

I couldnt touch it, the spur faced inside my elbow. It built up over time I would reccomend going to a doctor to mabey get an xray to see whats up ;-D
