Techno is generally good for workouts. The best one IMO is DotA by Basshunter. Dreamland by DJ Ross and Kids by MGMT are good for keeping tempo.

Working out is probably the only good place to listen to Dragonforce "Through the Fire and Flames".

Working out is probably the only good place to listen to Dragonforce "Through the Fire and Flames".

Dragonforce is OK. They don't compare to Running Wild and a couple of songs I like listening to while working out from RW are Conquistadores and The Pirate Song.
