Edinson Volquez's Black Box

Postby misterigloo » Mon Jul 14, 2008 11:24 pm

In the middle of Hamilton's rampage, Volquez placed a black mystery box on home plate.

Any guesses as to what was inside it? Hamilton moved it aside and ESPN didn't comment on it.

Maybe it was the briefcase from Pulp Fiction? We never found out what that was either. :-b

Maybe it was given to him with the disclaimer of open it when you win.

It was pretty funny. And A+ on the Pulp Fiction ref.

I really hope they give Volquez the 3rd inning or so. They have to set up the matchup between those two.
