Personally your team is full of first half flames that have cooled off considerably. I would look at moving Tejeda and Ellsbury while their value is still high. Along with Volquez I'm sure you can get some considerable trade value out of those three. Tejeda is usually a second half dominator so I would use that as bait to another manager(I think he's toast for the rest of the year). Ellsbury and Volquez are in their first full seasons, Ellsbury is all ready slowing down, and Volquez is showing signs of it (all rookie pitchers fatigue in the second half). I also agree that Weeks and Gonzo should be dropped or traded depending on how deep your league is. Take a stab at Zumaya or Marte if they are available. As far as hitters go I'd also look at trying to see what you can get for Prince, look for those splits from guys that catch fire in the second half. Keep McLouth though, he's for real.
