He was rolling most of the season, but had his elbow injury. What are everyone's thoughts? Will he come back strong and healthy? Is his elbow something to worry about?

I wouldn't expect him to keep up what he was doing. He was due for a pretty big regression anyway. But he looks like a legit 3.50 ERA, 1.20 WHIP guy with a pretty good K rate. However, nobody really knows if his elbow is something that has to be worried about because it's the Jays.

I totally agree with that. I'd expect him to regress some too, but he still should be viewed as a top 30 SP IMO. Maybe even a little higher than that.
