3B Aramis Ramírez (ChC - 3B)
SS Hanley Ramírez (Fla - SS)
OF Carl Crawford (TB - OF)
OF Curtis Granderson (Det - OF)
OF Pat Burrell (Phi - OF)
Util Jason Bay (Pit - OF)
Util Adam LaRoche (Pit - 1B)

BN Raúl Ibañez (Sea - OF)
BN Jacoby Ellsbury (Bos - OF)
BN Jason Giambi (NYY - 1B)
BN Plácido Polanco (Det - 2B)
BN Jose Guillen (KC - OF)

Guillen and Ibanez are the obvious choices to me. You need to keep Giambi and Polanco for IF depth, and Ellsbury is a fine speedy OF.

Out of the two, I would drop Guillen as he is far streakier than Ibanez and will kill you half the time.

I don't like Swisher too much here as i would take Giambi over him but if you need 1b depth i would drop ibanez or guillen

i would drop ibanez...the mariners are garbage and hes just the clear cut choice on your team as someone you do not need...

This one is obvious!!! Adam LaRoche is the worst player. Ibanez is starting to get hot and I'm sure that he won't be on the Mariners in August. You could drop Guillen, but he is the only power bat in the KC line-up.

I would drop LaRoche FOR SURE!
