Not too shabby. I like your OF and 1-2 SP punch. Clement gets you Ks and with some luck and run support, a lot more wins than last year. Weaver had a nice finish out of the bullpen last season so if he holds the starting job, he could do nicely as well.

Of course, you will need another closer. Not sure who you could deal for someone decent. Your bench and 2B are also weaknesses. Maybe you can trawl the waivers for some risky RPs. Watch the Red Sox and Padres to see who solidifies as the closer.
