veto?

Postby baseballstud » Wed Jul 09, 2008 7:21 pm

prince fielder and milton bradley from the 7th place team who's only 4 games back of a playoff spot for roy halladay, manny ramirez, and victor martinez from the last place team who's 35 games back of first and has 3 starting pitchers on his roster, yet 7 OFers and really shows no care for the league whatsoever. his team really shouldn't be allowed to be traded to and from, but it's a little early to shut down someone i think. i think this trade is worth a veto, but they claim they're goign to redo it and add contreras and mussina to the bradley and prince side, does that make it non vetoable in your minds?

No. If the guy doesn't care about his team, he's not trading above board, no matter who he adds.

I dont see a problem with this trade. Fielder is the best player in the deal, and he is going to the last place team.

Lock the guy's team.

If he wants to play 3 pitchers and 7 OFers because he's busy, that's his right. But if he wants to do a favor to a friend on his way out... no. His ticket doesn't go to that destination.
