Looking for software that projects player values, anyone?

Postby Subversive » Tue Mar 02, 2004 8:00 pm

Like, I take the player projections for this season, maybe modify them to my predictions, and input league settings. Then the software will spit out how much a player would be worth in that league, if he does what I predict.

USAtoday.com has a nice feature that will project values, but only based on their own stat projections, some of which I disagree with most heartily, and it won't let you modify them. Does anyone know about free software (or websites) that will do the same thing but also allow modifications to players projected stats?

I have xeifranks draft software, but it doesn't help with auction leagues.

Thanks.
Bah, humbug.

Agree with Tool. Fantistics is fantastic!!! It does cost $40 bucks, but I love it! You can set it to whatever stats and positions your league uses. They have free updates and in-season emails. I really can't say enough good about it.

And it is linked to the Cafe, right on the left hand side.......

Seriously, check it out!!

2004 Draft Software for 5x5 Leagues

You can modify the player projections, and league configurations and the player rankings will adjust accordingly. You can also use it to run mock drafts, get live draft advice and get your already drafted team rated.

But does it have auction values, Frank? That's what I need, not draft positions. Unless this is different software than you had available about 3 weeks ago, I already downloaded it. It's good, but not what I am looking for right now.

I like it a lot for my h2h yahoo non keeper, but for my auction keeper, I need something different.
Bah, humbug.

I agree with these guys on Fantistics Insiderbaseball.com
