haha that was great.

I so feel for that Chip guy. He's so right, whenever you call in tech support they never fix the problem that you call about but end up screwing up something that was working perfectly fine to begin with.



Oh God, I ate a cupcake that's been sitting on my desk for a week. Feeling a little sick now. This is going to get worse before it gets better.
