vs Colorado right now..assuming this is just a throw day/gte him some work but could he possibly move to the pen with Sabbathi coming in to keep his innings down? cant be mcclung over parra I would imagine but figure I would throw it out there

Not sure what is going on here...Suppan has been put on the DL so I thought that CC is taking his spot. Parra is suppose to pitch on the 10th. Maybe he will be pushed back because of the trade. If anyone knows more information please pass along. Thanks!

he is just getting a relief appearance and will start on wednesday...it is considered a bullpen session

With Yost, anything is possible. Expect the unexpected which is not a good sign for Parra owners. :-/

Parra start got moved back a few days, he'll get one start this week. According to the Brewers TV announcers that will come Saturday.

he pitched in relief because Sabathia bumped him from his normal spot....so they gave him an inning to stay on a schedule until next start.

There's no reason to worry about Parra imho. MIL picked up Sabathia to make a run at it this season -- that's a sign that they'll be putting their best foot forward as much as possible. So there's no reason to move Parra out of the rotation for a worse pitcher.
