Postby powenM » Mon Jul 07, 2008 6:12 pm

Ok Id just like a little imput on what u guys think of him and whether or not I should use my #5 waiver priority on him. Im worried I'll miss out on someone this season if i dont.
Or should I wait and hope a better stud gets called up?
Do u think guys like 1.Wieters 2.Price(TB) 3.McCutcheon(PITT) 4.Gamel(MILW) 5.LaPorta(MILW) 6.WDavis(TB) 7.Brignac(TB) 8.MAntonelli(SD) 9. CWeathers(COLO) will get the call?

DO NOT use this waiver on Brignac in a league with no farm system...

Players you should use this on

1. Price
2. Wieters
3. Laporta
4. Davis
5. Rasmus
6. McCutcheon
7. Maybin

pass

off the top of my head I'd rather have Wieters, Price, LaPorta, McCutchen...assuming this is a Yahoo league where Rasmus is owned.

Well, LaPorta won't get to you at 5. If I were you, I'd wait it out and hope that 1-4 takes a claim on Brignac. Wait it out and move up in the waiver order. I'm sure there will be a stud or two being called up in September, and you should be sitting pretty with the top pick.
Jody, Jody Davis. Hits 'em high and far. Jody, Jody Davis. He's a superstar. Holy Cow!!!! http://www.stinkytee.com

This is what im hoping for that Brignac goes top 4 and i move up. I just dont like the idea of him passing me & i stay at 5.

And Yeah guys like rasmus, Maybin were there from the beginning. Davis was just claimed.

So u think there will still be a stud waiting for me if i pass?

Im currently in 1st place and really would like a guy who'll help me a bit too.
