Charles Johnson made a major adjustment to his swing over the winter, shortening his stroke to enable him to hit the ball to all fields. So far the results have been impressive. Johnson has been the story at Rockies' batting practice, driving the ball all over the park. Bump him up a buck or two on your depth chart.
Obviously CJ isn't going to bash 40 like Javy did but there's no way he can be as bad as he was last year right? At worst he's a nice little late round flier, if in fact he has changed for the better.
Heck, just mention the words Catcher and Coors Field and a lot of eyes in the fantasy world will widen like saucers.
When it comes to Charles Johnson, I would have to see it to believe it. Maybe worthy as a flier for your backup catcher, but I definitely would not want him as my #1.
I've given him a go times and I've realized one thing - Charles Johnson flat out sucks and he's probably overrated because of that one World Series playoff he was in

Just a personal hunch from watching Todd Greene when he was here in Texas, but I think there's a pretty good shot that he takes the full time catching job away from Johnson. Might not happen, but still something to consider.
Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....

I've personally never had the pleasure of being burned by him, but I've seen it happen to others. I'd like to see Greene get a shot. I had him last year, but it didn't pan out then. Maybe it will in a new hitters park, who knows.
