Don't start him.
1. He's had pretty bad minor league stats during this rehab assignment.
2. He had a really long rehab assignment, which makes me think that the Cards weren't confident in him.
3. He originally came up to pitch in long relief...
4. It's been 3 years since he's been a good pitcher
5. Philly is a very good offensive team, so he's horrible pick up for a spot-start. Without any word (at least that I know of) that he'll be staying in the rotation, I wouldn't touch him, even in the deepest of leagues...
