The "I wish I hadn't dropped..." Thread

I've dropped a pretty good OF worth of players:

Raúl Ibañez (picked up George Sherrill 3/28)
Jermaine Dye (picked up Ellsbury 4/22)
Jacoby Ellsbury (picked up Uggla 4/24)

I also dropped Thome, but didn't consider him a "big" loss. My OF at the moment consist of: C.Lee, Crawford and Hamilton, w/ Granderson at UTIL and V.Wells riding pine. I do wish I still had Ellsbury though.

Why anyone dropped Uggla is beyond me. You couldn't even drop that guy in a 2-team league.

In my big keeper league we get 5 keepers for $65, FA are worth $5. I had Jay Bruce for $16, but someone cut Rasmus so I picked him up. Didn't need or want two NA OF on my pine, so I cut Bruce who I wouldn't be able to afford to keep for Jack Cust

Dropping Doumit was my first move of the season, and still my worst, though I did drop him for Molina who has been very solid. Since then, I've looked like a genius, picking up B. Wilson, Kemp, Marcum, Maine, Billingsley, Fuentes, Giambi, and Morrow.

Hard to believe Wilson, Kemp, Marcum, Maine and Bills were on waivers.

I dropped Jeff Kent for Freddie Sanchez (who was on my team for maybe 2 days). That isnt a big deal, BUT the next person picked up by a team in my league was JOSH HAMILTON!!!!! This was on 5/11.

How was Hamilton a FA half way through May?

Nothing huge yet, but did drop DeJesus and Alei Casilla halfway through Arpil for "help" in other areas. Obviously both players I picked up are long gone, as are the 2 guys I dropped.
