Can someone tell me something about Carlos Gomez?

I'm looking for speed, and I've been offered a Dunn for Gomez deal (I give Dunn). Gomez has 21 sb this year, but the impression I get from looking at his stats is that he is not stealing as much as he did earlier this year.

I don't know much about him. Can someone tell me about Carlos Gomez? Specifically, his SB potential?

Gomez is the Twins leadoff hitter. Some say he is the most "electric player" in the majors. They are already comparing him to Rickey Henderson. I have him on a few my teams, more a Roto-guy not really a h2h player. He has been hitting around .260-270 the whole season. Carlos started off stealing a lot of bags but recently got thrown out (i think) 4 times in a row. He stole 3rd last night, so I am hoping for some more to come.

He should steal another 20-30 bags if he stays healthy. I highly recomend him in AL-keeper leagues. I wouldn't give up Dunn for him, but depending on your needs you might want him on your team. Please post your lineup.

You would be correct in your assessment of Gomez' recent running habits:

16 SB in the first 32 games.
5 SB in the following 45 games.

I owned him in a league and he has basically become useless. I don't need an outfielder hitting .260 with little power who steals less than once a week.
