Denard Span Back Up

Haven't been here for a while, great to be back! This forum is looking real good lately!

After trading Zumaya($10-1st yr)/Adam Jones($1 1st yr)/M.Clement(ML) for Halladay($39-1st)/Mags($1-2nd) and Mags going down I had to pick someone up. Chris Davis was gone so I went with Span yesterday and watched him perform and have to say the kid looks pretty legit. I was also watching him this spring hoping he wouldn't make the roster because I was targeting Gomez for his speed so I do indeed remember hi talent.

What do you fellows think of this kid? Sportsline has him projected pretty low! Does anyone have the inside scoop on him??
