Who is the Odd One Out..?

Kelvin Escobar (LAA) seems to be making his return by the Allstar Break. Who would be the odd man out in the Angels starting rotation if he were to return on schedule and no injuries happen to the Angels starting 5? My guess would be Garland or Weaver. My concern is, is that in my league i own Weaver and i was wondering if i should cut him. Yes i wish i could cut him as bad as he is pitching, but there are just not enough options out on the waivers to replace him... But if he does loose he starting job he will have little value to me.. What do you guys think?

they have already said he would only return to the pen, so I see him as a long relief, 7th inning guy once he gets on his feet
