Just thought everyone could benefit from a list of guys that are notorious for having big second halves or guys that are prone to slowing down in the second half. They'd make for some good buy-low/sell-high candidates.
Some I have in mind that are usually big post-ASB:
Pitchers
Scott Kazmir
Johan Santana (though this is kind of a no-brainer)
Erik Bedard
Chad Billingsley
Matt Cain
Batters
Jeremy Hermida
Garrett Atkins
Prince Fielder
Jimmy Rollins
Brandon Phillips
Robinson Cano
Troy Tulowitzki
Mark Teixera
Adrian Beltre
Derrek Lee
Nick Markakis
Adam LaRoche
And some that usually slow down:
Pitchers
Dan Haren
Derek Lowe
Mark Buehrle
Batters
Eric Byrnes
Xavier Nady
Nate McLouth (?)
All i can think of at the moment. I'll update this as suggestions come in.

I personally think that Rollins will have a huge 2nd half. Also Phillips.
As for pitchers, Billingsley and Joba.

I think Hamilton will continue to stay hot and maybe even win the Triple Crown
Also Pujols usually has beastly 2nd halves so i think could do well

Thanks to soty for the sweet sig

Probably the most obvious in my book behind Santana is Teixeira.

I find it funny that the OP put Joba in the list of those who usually do well post All-Star Break. Not saying he won't have a big second half, but come one, he doesn't have any sort of track record to justify lumping with the others on that list.

I think Matt Cain and Shef will have nice 2nd halves.

Your only fooling yourselves if you do not believe that Bret Tomko will be the best pitcher in baseball in the 2nd half.
Sincerely,
Mama Tomko
