Against each other? Against the other 28 out there?

Kerry Wood is a stud Top 5 closer who plays on a great team. Brain Wilson is very servicable but is not close to Wood.

Seriously....

Wilson is a terrible pitcher who will possibly lose his job, on a terrible team with few SV chances.

Kerry wood is one of the best closers in the entire MLB, currently ranlked higher than papelbon, with 50 strikeouts laready, a dirt low era and whip, with only 1 or 2 really poor outing all year, that led to inflated numbers. Add to that that he's on one of the best teams in the Mlb, and I'd rank it as follow.

Wood

Wilson

Maybe a few more spaces in between them.

LoL. OK. It's Wood. I thought so too.

Some folks had been touting Wilson to me so I was just curious. (They weren't comparing Wilson to Wood, they were just saying I should pick up Wilson since he was available on the Waiver and give up Colo SS Tulowitsky for him or Pit OF Xavier Nady who went Day-to-Day recently.

I picked them both up off the Wire, using Tulo for one and Nady for the other. I grabbed Kevin Gregg too, while I was at it. I need to build up my saves and expect to rise from 4 points to 8 points in this catagory within about a month, if all my batters stay healthy as I gave up almost all my depth there.
