I hadn't seen it till the NYM/NYY game on Fox yesterday, and I must admit I think the 'stache looks fantastic. I love the '80s look and props to Giambi for wanting to look unique. It's not like shaving it turns him in to a GQ model anyway.

I have a neatly groomed goatee. For one Notre Dame tailgate party last year, after letting it grow out for a couple of weeks, I shaved the bottom real close, to give me the appearance of a 'stache. I did not hit thrre homeruns in one game or anything, but I did win our NCAA Football tournament, and kept up a beautiful 5ish or more (some points of the day do not come to me too well) beers per hour rate for well over 8 hours.
The power of the 'stache is REAL.
