One thing I noticed right away is Roberts is over the border. Make sure all of your layers are below your border layer. It will look a lot better that way. Not too bad though. ;-D

How do you guys get the funky text for the name? I ca nnever get that to work in GIMP.

Like what Font did you use for Sanchez's name in your sig? It's like really professional looing, and I can never get that down.

i think the peterson is the best one you've done so far. dont sell yourself short. your backgrounds are becoming very very solid. your text is still lacking, and its still just floating in space it seems. i like the b roberts sig as well.

to answer for soty, its not just the font you choose. im sure he did quite a few things for his text to look like that, and not just type out the letters.
