What can I do to improve this team??

What can I do to improve this team as far as trades? Injuries have depleted my lineup, as well as underachieving. I feel I need to make a big time deal, but I'm not exactly what to do. Here is my lineup:

its a 12 team mixed league with keepers, h2h format.

Yea your definantly suffering from under achieving. Im in a similar league myself and hitting is not nearly as valued as pitching, I would see what people would give you for Ryan Howard because I really dont think he will be anything more than a streaky HR hitter. Try to get some more "definite" win pitchers in your rotation ( maybe a better RP ). Lee is also aging so while he is hot maybe try to go Lee/Howard for maybe a High end pitcher and a 1b. Just a thought HELP ME OUT IN the sIG?
