If you had Crawford, is his bum knee a concern for you? He's stolen only 5 stolen bases in the last 19 games, and regardless of format, h2h, roto, or points league, he's been disappointing. Is he a player you would try and buy low on, or has he become a your problem not mine type of player for this year?

I am concerned as a Rays fan because he has been caught stealing a lot more this season. He has gotten some terrible jumps on the base paths and when he does steal it seems like it is closer than it was before. He has looked a bit off in the field as well. I was worried after that LAA series when he said his knee was 75%.

I would say that a guy who steals 50 bases in 162 games is not THAT far off his pace with 5 in 19 games, especially when you consider that he did deal with a knee injury. He's been great since the suspension (and more importantly, the six days off), and is usually a monster 2nd half guy. I would consider him an excellent buy low candidate.

I'd be leery about that knee, if you take away most of his steals, he's only a top 100 player not a top 30 player. In a keeper league, I'd say he's a decent buy-low but I probably wouldn't actively try to trade for him in a re-draft.

I consider myself lucky to have netted him in two deals this year. One was about three weeks into the season, and the other just over the weekend (first day in that line-up, TONIGHT!!!) The first deal was a pretty even one, while this last one was a steal if you ask me. McLouth, Bradley and J. Guillen for him. That may seem to be much to some people, but with an OF of Crawford, VLAD, Hamilton and utils (2 in this league) of Victorino, Hawpe, Votto, Longoria, and Weeks/Alexi Ramirez, I'm stupid happy!
I wouldn't be too worried.
