Is there anyway to remove an owner from the banned list

This isnt a baseball question, but I havent signed up for the football board yet. I removed an owner from my league and banned him due to a stupid argument we had. We have since made up, and I would like him to be part of the league. Only problem is I banned him. Is there anyway to get him off the banned list? This is on yahoo.
