How do you stop ridiculous trade offers?

I actually went off on one of my buddies last week. He's probably angry at me and vowed never to offer me trades but I haven't made a trade with him in 10 years of playing in the same league so it is not a loss. He routinely offers me players that he drops literally two days after offering them to me. I got tired of it and called him out on it.

Heh...I have experience in this department. I get offers like this from almost every person in my redraft league. I get something like Vazquez+Percival for Lincecum a couple times a week. I usually take things like this in stride and calmly press "reject", except for one case. That was in 2006, when another guy offered Liriano for Manny 3 hours after Liriano's season-ending injury was announced. I went off on him in an epic rant, and I haven't traded with him since. Smarmy bastard.
