Help for second half strategy

I'm in a 12 team roto league, and just barely broke out of last place to 11th. Here's my team:

c- Posada
1b- Miggy
2b- Roberts
3b- Longoria
ss- Betancourt
of- Hunter, Taveras, Bourn
BN- Headley, Doumit, Baker
DL- C. Pena

SP- Peavy, Verlander, Chamberlain, Guthrie, Vazquez, Rasner
RP- Lyon, Franklin, Torres

Waiver wire is slim, and as far as points go I am poor across the board. At this point I am just wanting to sell batters for another ace (like Hamels) and a top tier closer, and do an all out blitz on pitching for the rest of the year, since i have the best chance of being competitive there. Would this be smart or should I try to wait it out with a more balanced effort?

you definitely need more pitching. I'm guessing you need to get some wins and some saves from the looks of it.

No, it is not a keeper league. And I am dead last in wins, I am doing well in saves but, as you could tell, falling. My bench has baldelli and j. upton who i just picked up off the wire.
