I dratfed this guy after his torrid half season with Minnesota for my 4th OF. This guy was a 50 steal guy years ago, what happened? Will he start stealing bases again?

His days of stealing are over. Nice avg and some runs but that is about it.

Exactly. If you need someone who can hit .300+ and score at least 90-100 runs and not much else, he might be a good pick. He might steal a little more this season, but I'd say 15 would be the absolute max for him.
