HELP PLEASE

I just made this sig for myself. Kinda my first one for baseball and stuff. but anyway, it says its exceeding the amount of bites alloweD? someone help, its only 400 x 100.. I know its small enough, what am i doing wrong.?

the actual size of it has to be under 12 kb....the dimensions are fine, but you have to lower the quality to use it at the cafe....

FILE>SAVE FOR WEB> then just make sure its under 12 kb. ;-D

i like it alot too ;-D

throw a border on it and maybe make hte J bigger and/or slanted for a ;-D ;-D
