What is this guy's deal? He has been awful for the last two months. You can pretty much count on him to blow it or almost blow it every 3rd or 4th appearance. His WHIP is atrocious for a closer (1.37) and he is very inconsistent to say the least.

Maybe I'm just being too hard on the guy, but it just sucks that he's given up three runs, six hits and three walks in his last three apperances, all of which have been this week.

How long of a leash does Wilson have, and is there anyone really capable of replacing him? Just trying to get a bead on how long of a leash his owners should give him and whether or not he is good trade bait at the moment?

As a whole, he's been fine this year with only 3 BS so far. His ratios aren't ideal, but they are hardly "killing" you. He only has 30 IP on the year. I've been happy with his performance for a very late round selection.

Well I got him off the WW, so I guess I should stop complaining. Just wish he wouldn't pick this week to go Borowski on me.

I was convinced he would suck because turning a lefty specialist who can't get righties out into a closer is a bad idea. However, I was wrong, he is actually doing quite well against righties and is getting creamed by lefties. Frankly, the fact that he is getting it done against righties gives me some hope he will get it together overall. Lefties are not going light him up like that all season.
