Gritty outing by Pinerio. Having to match up against the ace of the Royals staff who was on his game was a tough draw and although he made a couple of mistakes he still showed a lot of heart. If the Cards keep putting forth this high level of effort I'm sure they will break through. They still have a chance.

After going to the game today I was really envious that you guys get to see a true superstar practically everyday with Pujols. Such an amazing player, you can't help but take notice whenever he is on the field.
