Based on last years stats, he should be drafted before Halladay, and
after only Pedro and Prior. Since he had elbow surgery, how far down do you move him?

Pedro
Schilling
Halladay
Vasquez

i think he just meant that after the season jason ended up with the 3rd best numbers other than pedro and prior, loaiza would be in there too if you felt he was a top 5 pitcher last year. Nobody thinks loaza will do it again, so nobody is picking him that high.
